Basic Features
These guides cover the search-based OceanGraph workflow, from finding profiles to opening visualizations and derived data layers.

- Search and Bookmark: find profiles by place, time, WMO ID, and BGC availability, then save searches or bookmark profiles when signed in.
- Trajectory and Time-Series Vertical Section: follow one float and examine changes across its sequence of profiles.
- θ–S Diagram: compare potential temperature and absolute salinity relationships in search results or one trajectory.
- Clustering: group search-result profiles or trajectory cycles by vertical structure for exploratory comparison.
- Mixed Layer Depth (MLD): color profiles by the automatically derived mixed layer depth.
- Subsurface Oxygen Maximum (SOM): inspect automatically detected subsurface oxygen maxima in BGC profiles.
- Mode Water Data Layer: compare profile-level mode water detections and layer thickness.
